WEB SITE DESIGN PROCESS

Our quick and easy Web site design approach is as follows:

Step1) Simply contact us and we will discuss your requirements in detail, answer any queries and help you choose the appropriate options.

Step 2) Based on the services ordered, we send you the invoice and you can pay either through EFT or Cheque (details will be in the invoice).

Step 3) Upon clearance of funds in our account, we will email to you our Web site design questionnaire. Please fill in this questionnaire as comprehensively as possible and email it back to us at the earliest.

Step 4) Based on the ‘Web site design’ brief, our designers will create the initial design for your review and comments within four business days. Ideally, we recommend that you send through the content as well at this stage. This helps us in better defining the layout and navigation.

Please Note: The Turnaround Time is calculated from the time we receive the complete brief, any other material (e.g. content, marketing collateral, etc) and 100% payment.

Step 5) You then review the design and email to us your comments for the first revision. Again, we would recommend that you send through the content ASAP. Throughout this process we will continue to have email and phone based discussions with you.

Step 6) Our designers review your comments and modify the selected design accordingly.

Step 7) Repeat step 5 & 6 for second revision.

Step 8) The final design is tested in Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6 at 1024 x 768 screen resolution, links checked and emails created. We can either email the complete files to you or upload to your host server. Should you ask us to upload the files we will need the host server userid & passwords. Once your site is uploaded, we inform you. At this stage you should change your password immediately so that we no longer have access to your web site.
